Let me start with my check in when I walked in there was a family that was complaining about how dirty there room was we me my wife and 2 daughters had to stand there for almost 30 minutes before we got the chance to check in. When we got to our room it was far from clean but I had my small vacuum from my truck so I just went down and grabbed it and did it my self there was a bunch of food and candy rappers underneath the table. Don't accommodate business trips
ON March 23, my wife and I stayed at the BEST WESTERN HOTEL in Wisconsin Dells. My wife and I have been going to the BEST WESTERN in March for years. This year it was exceptional because Laura, Angel, the breakfast crew, and and the rest of the maintenance crew were very expedient in accommodating us. The breakfast was great, I informed Laura that in the workout room the 5 gallon water tank was empty, so she gave me a bottle of water and she said that someone was going to refill it.
