More like 3.5 stars. I wanted to love it but I couldn't. Room was not as clean as it could have been but not filthy. Internet was solid. Indoor pool was nice. Hot tub had too many chemicals in it and made all 3 of my teens itchy. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Its just not up to Best Western standards. The lady checking us in was very nice though. Rooms are very small.
Probably the best non-waterpark hotel you could find around the dells. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, rooms were fresh and clean, and the A/C gets the room as cold as you could want it. Perfect for any tradesmen in the area looking for a hotel!
It wasn't the best place we've stayed at but it wasn't the worst either.
Friendly. Easy to get to. Nice room.
