Eric and Christopher were very friendly and helpful staff. The location was continently close to shuttle stop to get access to ski resort every 15 minute intervals.
I stayed at The Alpenglo Lodge for three nights with my grown son to go skiing, and have done so every year for about 5 years now. So I feel like I’m in the perfect position to give an accurate review of this hotel. It has been a wonderful experience every visit!!! This was a great find for the Winter Park area! Very affordable and great location. The shuttle stop located right across the street was helpful to get to and from the resort without having to worry about parking fees. There's even a convenient ski rental shop located right next door as well, which made this the perfect spot for us. The rotating hot breakfast menu was amazing and one of the highlights along with the 24/7 available hot chocolate and coffee available after a long day of skiing. I booked for 2 nights and when I checked into the hotel I asked for 3 nights. New representative Chris in the front desk told me the price would be the same but was unavailable to do so at the moment, that he would be able to give me the same price of if I came later. I asked if he was sure and he assured me it would be the same price as night 1 and 2. I asked him to notate the account in case he wasn’t there when I came back.
