Great experience comfortable beds nice rooms great staff nothing but a great experience very helpful understanding and friendly I highly recommend best western 10 outta 10 the best
I got in town at 1 AM heading to Canada and was fortunate enough to get a room. I was greeted by Todd who was extremely friendly and accommodating!! My room is absolutely stellar with an extremely cozy bed!!!! I’ve always loved the Best Westerns and I’m very happy with this one!!! I will be adding this to my list as a favorite spot to stay!!!!
I stayed at BW Alexandria, MN for a week. Wendy, the manager, only smiled one time, that I saw. That was when I told her that I had to check out a day early. I don't know if it was just me or if she is surly with everyone.
This hotel was awesome!! Located right off the interstate, it was perfect for my sister and I who were coming from opposite directions to meet up. The room was very nice and clean. The pool and hot tub were nice, and the hot tub was big!! The breakfast was one of the best that I've had at a hotel and everything was really good (we went back 3 different times for more lol)!! Located by everything you'd need for a weekend. We will be staying here again for sure!!
