0 stars if I could. VISIBLE BLACK MOLD found in my second room. We asked to switch due to the first room being very musty with the scent of mold. After switching we found actual black mold on the curtains. This is an extreme health hazard.
Pros: Clearly there is no cleaning fee for smoking in the rooms if you're a smoker. Cons: No cleaning happens here. Period. Housing migrants or acting as a homeless shelter is completely irrelevant as nobody deserves to be housed in such disgusting conditions. The rooms were dirty (there was a used pair of pantyhose hanging from our bathroom light), reeked of smoke, and in complete disrepair. I would not recommend staying here at any price.
This place is horrible, the beds are very dirty and stained with blood, the mattresses are very old and the atmosphere is not suitable for minors and they do not give you your money back when you leave.
