"Ocean View and Ocean front rooms" should have been called "parking lot view" Over priced rooms, could have stayed at the Hilton garden inn oceanfront or Hilton Ocean front for a little less. Parking is $10/vehicle per day. We had two trucks.. Overall the people that own this location also own the viking lodge and both are very long overdue for a full remodel. Cleans rooms, staff was good. They could put more effort into fixing things broken around the pool. Found a few bugs but still good value for the price
Should be a no star review!! The worst experience ever! The first room they gave us, the HVAC did not work. See the attached picture of the electrical plug for the HVAC. The maintenance guy couldn’t get it to work and said that exposed plug was dangerous. The second room they put us in the sliding glass door was broken and was held together with tape. Unfortunately our stay was a disaster from start to finish. We arrived around 5pm and it took 45 minutes to check in (there was 1 employee working a holiday weekend....) We booked 2 rooms, said we didnt need adjoining but requested as close to eachother as we could which resulted in the rooms 3 floors apart. When we finally got up to the first room we open the door and find that its already occupied. I wanted to share both the highlights and the areas that need immediate attention from management following our recent holiday weekend stay. The Pros: 1. Excellent Location: The hotel sits right on the beach, making it incredibly easy to step onto the sand.
