We stayed at the hotel march 2025 and the first room they put us in smelled like something died in there. They sent maintenance up and he agreed it had a horrid smell , moved some things around to try to find where the smell came from and couldn’t. He sent housekeeping instead and all she did was spray the rug to try to cover the smell. We left the door open to try to air it out while we went to dinner and when we came back the smell was still there and just as bad. Overall I would give the 4-5 across the board...from booking 2 check inn...Which BTW, Aaron was amaziong....I am a diamond member and he treated me like a Queen... I felt very appreciated as well as a diamond member...they were fair in every way 2 me...housekeeping (everyone) went out of their way 2 accommodate me...it wasn't 2 expensive either...so if your wondering where 2 stay I give it 5 stars !!!
Sajin at the front desk was very helpful! We got there early, so our room wasn't ready, (our check in was at 4:00, we got there at about 1:20) We went back at about 3:40, and it still wasn't ready. When we got into our room it was very nice, shower was clean, beds were clean. Every room had a great view of the beach. The TV guide didn't name any channels or movies/shows, but it's easy to cast your phone to the TV. This is our 3rd time back here, Its alot of fun!! Its easy access to the Beach!! The rooms look like they have been remodeled from last year!! The Hurricane came through here last year but they have it looking nice!!
