This hotel is on the cheaper side for a reason. It’s nothing fancy and has issues like a mildew smell that’s noticeable when you walk in (but get used to after a bit). Staff are friendly, allow early check in sometimes, and the airport shuttle is quite efficient and beneficial. One big issue I had here was the cleanliness. I found a clump of hair in a shower towel in my room. It was too long and not the right color to be mine, which suggests cleaning issues. Angelina was the person at the front desk who took a couple of calls from me to verify that I could get picked up from the airport and got me the shuttle for the next morning as well. Elaine the shuttle driver was also very friendly and helpful for getting everywhere I needed to go timely. Rooms were also comfortable! Great location too. Also, lady at breakfast gave me some breakfast past time of when breakfast was finished (15 minutes after). Excellent experience!

When trying to contact the hotel about our reservation, the person picked up the phone then immediately hung up. When trying to call them back, they would not pick up the phone. I tried calling back a few minutes later, and the front desk still would not pick up the phone. Great example of a company not really wanting business. I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel due to very poor service.
