Staff are friendly and I like the hotel but the apparent policy to invade rooms to check on cleanliness enough to make me not stay here again. Whats the point of a privacy sign if cleaning staff ignore it and come in while I am sleeping and wake me up. Better still, the cleaning staff knocked a towel ring off and just left it without saying anything so when I tried to rehang what was a perfectly clean towel previously, it falls right to the ground. I would stay here again but not for more than a couple nights.

We are enjoying our stay and our room is nice and clean. No noice late at night. You would like it.

Best Western has a solid reputation, but this location needs to update a bit. Beginning with a more creative breakfast including TASTY hot options. As it’s in New Mexico a breakfast burrito or fry bread with a good salsa would have been original and appreciated. As well as seasonal fresh fruit, good yogurt, quality coffee .. even butter (they were “out” ) The entrance could use a sliding door; and the stair case could be augmented with an elevator for the baby boomers. Do not stay here! Our vehicle was broken into in the “designated large vehicle parking (on the street)” Hotel staff promised security overwatch - total lies. They had no interest in even reporting if the robbery. I would give them a ZERO if I could. Manager gave zero interest. Fail. The hotel decided to respond to this note and notice the “attacking the customer” tone for telling the truth.
