The plugs were all loose so they chargers would come right out of the plug if I was doing my hair or anything. The parking could be bigger for the amount of people they do get.
So convenient to use their park and fly service. It's literally three minutes from the airport. You're at security less than ten minutes after leaving your room. The people were so nice. The rooms are a little dated but they're clean.
we have been to countless Best Westerns and have never had as positive an experience like we had here. friendly and attentive staff, gorgeous and clean rooms, overall a beautiful hotel. they are also the first hotel of any chain in a very long time that they followed the law for our service dogs. 12/10 we would stay here every time.
Excellent value for the price. All of the staff I encountered were pleasant and friendly- front desk, housekeepers, and breakfast attendants. The included breakfast offering was surprisingly extensive and fresh. Fitness center was small but clean, stocked with cold water bottles, and had enough to get the job done.
