The rooms facing the Ocean are Breathtaking.
Updating to respond to the hotels absolute lie of a response and going back to 1 star for that. When contacted about her barking they claimed they didn't know she was a service dog. Further a service dog is not always with there handler, specifically when the handler will be in an environment unsafe for the dog. I don't know what kind of b.s. this place is trying to spew but yet again they can't just own up to rude staff that clearly know nothing of what a service dog does. Was extremely disappointed with Best Western. Their “balcony” is no more than a thin perch that you can hardly stand out on. They don’t do the free continental breakfast but claim give you a discount at the restaurant there that thinks it’s in some cool off show with food majority of kids are not going to eat!! This hotel is very beautiful and well maintained. The staff customer service was amazing they were so helpful and friendly all the way up the general manager Joshua Conrad. At checkout Joshua personally thanked me for staying at the hotel and made sure everything with my stay was all 10's and it was but it made it even better for the person who is in charge of the hotel personally talk with me and make sure my stay was great! I will definitely be returning for another stay!!
