My family and I stayed in 7 different Best Western Hotels in 7 nights. At this Newport location customer service was excellent, the rooms were nice (except filthy carpets), but the pool and hot tub were disgusting! All the other Best Western hotel pools/hot tub were clean with clear water and the smell of chlorine or no smell at all. The pool/hot tub at Newport was brown, cloudy and the smell was terrible, like compost or something rotting.
