Only issue! At the pool you need a room key to get back in the building. The pool is fenced and gate is chained. Kinda makes you feel like your trapped! Pool needs shade of some sort!
Don’t go there
WAY overpriced. We paid 432 for two nights. We actually only stayed one night since my husband ended up having to work very late. I did call and try to get a refund on the night we couldn't use and the front desk lady was very sweet, but unfortunately couldn't do it. My husband didn't get home until 2AM, so there was no way we were going that late. Our daughter had a basketball tournament in Abilene Saturday and Sunday. I had a family emergency and they couldn’t cancel my reservation or even give me have my reservation cost!!! The manager wouldn’t even talk to me, had the front desk lady tell me. So unprofessional!!! Well Never stay at a best western again!!!
The location was good, and customer service was low. For some reason, the bed was uncomfortable. I woke up with sore back and joint pain stayed there before and felt refreshed might be difference between king n green bed.
