Friendly Staff-Clean Lobby- The Free breakfast had lots of choices and extras. Room and bathroom was very clean, much to my surprise.No complaints whatsoever. Great Value, Good location, walking distance to "fridays" restaurant and others. AVOID LONGHORN restaurant across the street, The place was awful, the food, and service was atrocious and the prices were very high.
We paid \$150.00 a night. The mattresses and pillows were old and worn.The room wasnt that clean.The door had trouble closing and latching.Replace the mattresses and pillows, and clean the rooms. There were finger prints all over the metal lights. And fixs the doors we felt unsafe.We would never go back.
Bed Covers Very dirty. Room had very bad smell to it. Outside of hotel was very dirty, trashcans over full. Carpet was all stained up. Dust was everywhere. Looks like room was never cleaned.

Staying at hotels in Florida can be tough! Because of the high humidity, the rooms can smell stale, musty and moldy. Then, to cover the smell, the staff will use flowery scents, making this an allergy nightmare! The room I had at the Best Western was very clean and nice. It didnt have flowery scents to cover a bad smell and there was no musty or moldy smell. I slept well. There was a very nice shower massage with different settings (it was installed a little low, but it had good water pressure). I would definitely stay here ... read more
Ladies at front desk nice. Room was awful. carpet needed cleaning. there were dead roaches on floors and in drawers. Live roaches in frig and in bathroom. Dust on furniture.
We booked the hotel online and when we arrived, we were appalled. The lobby smelled terrible, but we decided to look at our room and go from there. The hotel appears to be in an unsafe area of town and the grounds are dirty (trash, cigarette butts everywhere). In our first room, the carpet was wet, the room stunk, there were bugs in the fridge, and the bathroom was dirty.
