Our stay was great! Hotel was very clean, and always smelled nice. It’s a great location downtown, with the convention center across the street. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The garage parking is safe and secure.
Having stayed at Best Westerns many times in the past I am very disappointed in the experience that I had trying to check in at this location. I had requested and been approved for a 12 o’clock check-in when I arrived at 12:05 the VERY rude and unprofessional male at the front desk informed me that there would be no rooms available until 4pm. I completely understand things happen and I do not blame him for not being able to check in when we needed to however he was very rude and unprofessional.
Here for a convention with a bunch of high school music students and it was near perfect. Rooms and public areas were clean and comfortable. Gym was reasonably well stocked with newer equipment. Everywhere we needed to be was a 5 minute walk. No indoor pool, which would have been nice but otherwise just what we needed. Special shout out to the staff who were always exceptionally friendly and helpful.
