We stayed in Garden City Kansas.Overall from check in to checkup best hotel we found during our vacation.Friendly staff clean and great breakfast.Super clean.Would come back here for sure.
The Front Desk Manager Bridget R. allows the employees to give out personal information - room numbers, first & last name to strangers asking (this happened on several occasions). When the subject is addressed, rather than addressing the grave security and safety concern as necessary, Bridget’s professionalism is to degrade to the person filing it and to attempt to kick them out of their hotel. I have nothing but good things to say about this Best Western. Clean bathrooms clean bedding and smelled clean. No stains no hair. Plenty of towels and they provide soap for you. The room was large and cozy. Tv worked and plenty of channels. Ac worked wonderfully. Front Desk employees super nice and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Home made salsa.
