My husband is a staff Sargent in the US military, we are PCSing & had booked this hotel for our family including our 1 service animal and 1 pet. We had thought this hotel was pet friendly, which was my mistake I thought I had booked a pet friendly hotel. When I checked in, I saw a service animal fraud sign but not a NO PET sign. The manager will Deny your card say she’s going to cancel the reservation after we drove 4 hrs showed up card was declined over being a chime card here is the kicker 3 days later the hotel charged the same card almost 200 dollars
My family and I made a reservation. We got there to check in and was denied saying they didn't accept our cards. The man who helped me was kind however the other older lady was rude loud and wouldn't let us speak. I asked about the cancelation fee and she said we wouldn't be charged. We had to find another hotel then later that evening we were both charged on the cards they said they wouldn't accept!! I called today once I got back home to ask why I was charged. My business stays at hotels constantly as we travel across Kansas and Oklahoma. Sunday night, knowing I would be traveling to garden city the next day I logged into the best western app changed the day for the next night and booked my hotel. Monday night when I arrived to check in I was told by “Angel” that I was a no call no show for yesterday.
