We were on a Women's Retreat with our church ladies and there were 42 of us. We were treated like queens. Kelsie, the gal on duty at the front desk was outstanding. The kitchen staff was outstanding. The food was great, rooms clean, and everything we needed given to us. What an outstanding time we had!
This place redeemed our previous nights stay in Le Grande. service was great, breaky room was perfect! full wifi hooked right up and had internet TV!!!! instead of just stupid mindless commercial filled channels of dish network! room was perfect, clean in perfect repair, easy parking, elevator, luggage carts to haul in our bags, service experience with everyone was perfect!!!!
Chambre spacieuse, lits confortables, personnel agréable et petit déjeuner complet. La piscine avec le jacuzzi ouverts H24 est un grand plus, et la buanderie est très pratique. :) Cependant, il y’avait des traînées de café au sol vers la salle de bain et les joints silicone de la baignoire étaient complètement moisi. J’ai également de la peine à comprendre les hôtels qui se veulent être «eco responsables» en indiquant que le service de chambre ne sera pas fait quotidiennement, mais par contre toute la vaisselle de la chambre... read more
really noce pool area
I reserved a king room on 9/4/26 for 9/5/26. Check in time is 3 pm. I arrived at 3:05 on 9/5 and was told by Megan the room was still dirty and to come back in 30 minutes. I came back at 4:25(over an hour later) and was told the room was still not cleaned. I canceled the reservation and went to the Holiday Inn just down the road and got a clean and spacious King room within minutes. I do not recommend booking a reservation at this hotel if you value your time.
