I stayed here recently coming home on leave and the people running the place were unruly and unprofessional acting as if they did not want to do the job required of them. After I had came back the lady that had cleaned my room had stolen some of my personal possessional's and the people at the front desk would not try and retrieve them back for me. When I'm in the Marion, Indiana area - I book my room at this Best Western. Excellent location. The staff are great - room is always clean. I can't recommend all Best Western hotels - but this one is tops!
