I made an appointment that was 2 weeks out. Typical with everybody I called. Confirmed appointment 2 days prior and he was a no show! Can not get ahold of him. Voice mail full and will not answer calls. Tried other phones to see if he would answer and that didn't work either. Don't waste your time with Jay! Best Way...No Way!

Very unprofessional and childish. Waited weeks for them to come out and nothing. Their response “We work on our time not yours”. I’d rather dig the septic out my self with a shovel than deal with them again.

I had our septic tank pumped out earlier this year in April and I believe their price was very reasonable, but we started experiencing septic issues again a couple months later and I tried to contract them again in October and I have yet to get any response.

Bad business to deal with, Jay doesn't even call you back. Must be trying to hide bad ratings. There are two sites with the same phone number.

I had septic backing up into my shower and called Best Way Septic. They came out fast and fixed that smelly problem quickly. I will always recommend Best Way septic..
