Great to find an actual local plumber, rather than a service from an online broker/referral system. The service was great. Came by in the same day. Fair price. Friendly. Excellent experience!
I found Best Way Plumbing after reading their 5 star reviews on Yelp and Google. I called about a leaking toilet that needed to be reset with a new wax seal and the angle stop for the toilet that was frozen and needed to be replaced. They provided an estimate over the phone and agreed to come out the next day. While they were 15 minutes late, the 2 man team did the work quickly and competently. They finished in less than an hour and charged me less than the estimate.
I had a kitchen drain issue that 2 previous larger plumbing companies could not clear. Gary returned my after hour messasge and arrived promptly the next morning with his associates Bob and Jeff. They were the only company to actually diagnose the issue with a camera and confirmed I needed to hydro jet the lines. Although they could complete the task, it would be several days before availibility and Gary advised who I should use between the 2 estimates.
