We have found Jafar and his team to be skillful, honest, punctual, and in every way reliable. In all of our dealings with this company, we have never been let down or disappointed. In fact they have gone out of their way to be sure everything was done perfectly and in a timely fashion. Highly recommended.
Jafar was knowledge and professional. I appreciate how much care and attention he gave our fireplace and he took the time to explain everything he was doing and answer all our questions.
I reached out for an appointment, Jafar emailed back within minutes and made an appt within a few days. He was running ahead of time on the day and called to see if I wanted him to come early. He came right away and was pleasant, efficient and everything was great. This is the second time I have used Best Way Heating and had Jafar come to the house. He is great to work with. Jafar's team installed a new boiler. The 3 fellows did an excellent job. They were on time, got the work done very quickly. The fellows were neat, knowledgeable about the product and very respectful of the house and us. I am very happy and satisfied with my new boiler! I am very happy to recommend Best Way Heating!
