Not sure why…but I’ve had numerous instances where the trash truck has left our cans in the road…and I’m not talking about just leaving them on the curb, they were so far out that someone had to stop their car and get out to move them because the road was blocked. Today the driver picked up the cans from our driveway then drove backwards to place them in the street in front of my neighbor’s house. Best Way provided great customer service. I called and an actual person answered. Explained that our trash can was broken and needed a new one. Representative provided instructions and the change was made flawless in 2-days. Highly recommend.

I would advise looking for other dumpster and portable toilet service providers when working in the Indianapolis region. Invoicing is convoluted and pricing & customer service is horrible.

Disappointed. I watched our trash collection just now from the window as I was cleaning our kitchen. The trash truck driver had a worker as a passenger. Two small broken down boxes from Christmas fell out of the trash as the automated arm lifted the bin. I watched, thinking that there are people who do good and care in the world. The worker/passenger watched it fall, made eye contact, and did not get out to pick up the broken down small boxes. They even backed up a bit and then, drove off.
