Trash service is the correct industry because it is the best way to describe how this company operates in Whiteland Indiana. I’m not sure why their workers are unable to simply empty my trash and put the can back where it was. 100% of the time, my trash can is either in the middle of the street or not completely emptied. I will be reminding the town of how badly of a mistake they made on a regular basis until a new company picks up my trash.
Disappointment all around. Everything from skipping us for trash pickup, trash cans slung in the middle of the road, and last but not least this is the third time they smash the cans and launch our trash all over. No shame in their game either I was actually outside today and that didnt even phase the driver.
Absolute joke of an organization. Our county is under a travel advisory warning, and our roads haven’t even been plowed. Nobody in our neighborhood could get their trash to the road and they sent the garbage truck through anyway. The rep on the phone told me everyone would have to wait a whole week to get our trash picked up. Absolutely unacceptable
Best Way Disposal didn’t pick up my trash for 3 weeks in a row. My wife called each week and they didn’t give a reason why they just stated we could put a couple of bags on top of the trash can and they would take it still. This went on 3 weeks in a row to the point We have been taking bags and using our work dumpster to dispose of the overflowing bags of trash.
