Awful customer service. We have called several times about the driver tearing up our gravel drive. He either doesn't get the message or doesn't care.
I have called 4 times and nobody has answered long enough the line goes dead. Based on other reviews it seems this company needs completely rebuilt.
Amy in billing wont send you a quarterly bill (for the huge sum of $70) by any means (email, mail, phone call). She will then send this super huge $70 bill to collections lol. Bet collections put their A team on it to get that small fortune back. Anywho, you'll realize this company is so incompetent they cant send a bill (even though they presumably know where you live since its a trash company and all).
