Absolute joke of an organization. Our county is under a travel advisory warning, and our roads haven’t even been plowed. Nobody in our neighborhood could get their trash to the road and they sent the garbage truck through anyway. The rep on the phone told me everyone would have to wait a whole week to get our trash picked up. Absolutely unacceptable
Best Way Disposal didn’t pick up my trash for 3 weeks in a row. My wife called each week and they didn’t give a reason why they just stated we could put a couple of bags on top of the trash can and they would take it still. This went on 3 weeks in a row to the point We have been taking bags and using our work dumpster to dispose of the overflowing bags of trash. Lived in Greenwood 16 years & have had Best Way the entire time. Never a problem with the trash service provided.
Very good service
Awful company. They will not pick up our trash cans and when we call they do their best to be rude. I’m so tired of this company that doesn’t want to do what they are in business to do.
