Best Way provided great customer service. I called and an actual person answered. Explained that our trash can was broken and needed a new one. Representative provided instructions and the change was made flawless in 2-days. Highly recommend.
I would advise looking for other dumpster and portable toilet service providers when working in the Indianapolis region. Invoicing is convoluted and pricing & customer service is horrible.
Disappointed. I watched our trash collection just now from the window as I was cleaning our kitchen. The trash truck driver had a worker as a passenger. Two small broken down boxes from Christmas fell out of the trash as the automated arm lifted the bin. I watched, thinking that there are people who do good and care in the world. The worker/passenger watched it fall, made eye contact, and did not get out to pick up the broken down small boxes. They even backed up a bit and then, drove off. Absolutely the worst residential trash pickup company I have ever dealt with, the driver is 100% unprofessional the people in the office are 100% unprofessional they didnt do anything about the harassment that the driver was doing to us I made numerous calls to them and all they do is say okay we'll take care of it and then the next week he came out and did the same crap that he's been doing the only sided with the driver not the customer.
