Did a great Job
We hired Best Waterproofing to do some work for my brother in-law. He was very friendly when he came to give us the estimate and we accepted his quote, the agreement being we would pay half at signing of contract ($2,500.00) and the other half at completion, also he told my brother in law to make sure everything was completed to his satisfaction, if not call him immediately, they did not finish a few things that were on the contract, so my brother in law called the owner and he was suppose to come out the next day, but calle... read more

Waterproofing was completed and the office could not get in touch with this out of state customer and NO one would return any phone calls. Office assumed non-payment when work was completed. We went back to complete work for them that was not on contract things that were "free". We threw in a few things that we would completed while were were there and did not charge them for it. Very responsive, project completed well.
Tim and he crew where great. He went above and beyond to make the job perfect. He's stands by his work. No extra charges, explained each thing and I actually hired him to do more work! Would definitely recommend to anyone.
I normally don't write reviews online but this time I felt that I must review the very positive experience I had with BEST WATERPROOFING. I had one leaking corner in my old basement and call Best Waterproof Company for an estimate. I first contacted Sheila to schedule an estimate, she was really helpful and flexible as much as possible (they are very busy and I can understand why!). Tim at Best Waterproofing recently helped me with a structural / water problem in a older type building. I was happy to find that Tim, Sheila and their employees are very professional, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Tim's bid on the work I needed done was very competitive. He offered a better solution at a better price than other companies I talked to. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend Best Waterproofing to anyone with structural or water problems.
