Walked in trying to purchase sunglasses for my mom yesterday. Was told by an Asian middle aged man in scrubs and wearing a mask that they don’t sell them here. I told him I see several sections with sunglasses. He said those are very expensive, they are Dior…basically told me I couldn’t afford them. Disgusting customer service and discrimination. I will take my business elsewhere.
Lousy attitude by one of the workers. Went across the strip to other eyeglass store where staff was friendly and helpful
DON’T GO THIS STORE!!! The owner was super bad attitude, he is so rude!!! The owner not even say hello even we said hello to him when we stepped in. The guy charged my mom’s insurance for checking her vision, but didn’t give her Rx to us because she didn’t get glasses since the price is too high. He just grabbed the paper and walked away with no words when my mom said she needed to think about it. He acted so nasty and mean all the time while we were in his store!! 2023年12月底在那邊配了眼鏡後1月初拿回去載左眼一直看起來不舒服(左眼睛中心點位置沒對好/瞳距沒量或量錯了)，自己研究後知道問題在哪也知道怎麼解決。回去跟老板講與試著看怎麼解決，結果他一直不覺得他有錯，更不想解決問題。他說不是顧客看起來感覺怎樣，而是他覺得他配對了你就應看起來不會有問題，很可笑也很爛…真心建議別去那邊配，真要去的話要求神保佑你載了沒問題…對了補充一點，驗光與配鏡費用給了10%off是675元，沒任何保固
