Every time I call or visit, the man at the front desk has a very unpleasant attitude. I’m not sure what the issue is, but it makes the experience uncomfortable. I’ve been coming here for years on and off, but after repeated interactions like this, I won’t be returning and do not recommend this place.
Front desk clerk guy was very rude towards my wife . We simply gave him a fax number to get our prescription from other doctor and he was getting louder in the phone . Won’t be back again.
Walked in to look for sunglasses for myself, the guy stopped me from trying on by saying oh sorry we don’t let anyone try glasses without appointment. Felt very uncomfortable and walked out. Never coming back to this place. Glasses were not even that expensive but the experience threw me off. 11/14/25 around 3:30-3:50

The middle aged balding man wearing the face mask has anger management issues. He will yell at your 97 year old grandmother with zero respect for his elders because he forgets to write down his appointments. He will even deny the proof that you provide with the call log saying “you might have called but that doesn’t mean you scheduled an appointment!” What other reason would I have to call?
