Once they get half their money the keep putting you off, wish I would not have recommended them.
This is a horrible company and even though I have never purchased from them, my neighbor has and they have destroyed part of my property. I have contacted them several times, to no avail. They said they would fix it and still nothing.
I miss working for them. Excellent company! Miss working for Gar! :)
Horrible horrible horrible experience!!! Cameron the salesman is a liar and doesn't follow though. Our fence took over 2 months to be completed when we were originally quoted a week! Don't use best vinyl and specifically Cameron! I would give them a 0 out of 5 star rating!
Best Vinyl is the worst company I have ever done business with. Cameron (salesmen) is a true blue clown of a Salesman. His follow through and commitment is like a 1yr old. Stay clear of this company. I promise you'll be happy you did.
I will never use Best Vinyl. The salesman will tell you one thing, then the installer has to tell you the disappointing truth. Then when you want to get your deposit back, they do all they can to avoid you. Then they don't want to give you all your deposit back. The best thing to do is just not use this company. There are many vinyl companies out there. DO NOT USE BEST VINYL. Remember, I warned you.
