Apartments are beautiful. The only problem I had when I was going through the application process I supplied them with a clean background check. Then found out from a few tenants that the on site handyman was a recent felon with a drug charge. I asked if he would have access to my unit and because they said he would have a key I had to decline acceptance of the unit. Too sad. Really liked the unit.
