I found this vet when my daughter's guinea pig got sick. I was looking for someone who could treat small pets, and I was directed here. They went above and beyond to take care of our little critter. They had her overnight for 3 nights. Unfortunately, she passed away. I went to pick her up so she could rest in our yard, and when I went to pay, they said there was no charge. Dr Armstrong really nice but front desk terrible not organized i dropped my dog for bording gave them my own shampoo to use trim nails made me pay up front this is not the problem the problem when I pick them up the nails not trim. I asked for the bottle of the shampoo left over. They said they don’t know where they put it. They lost it very rude. I used to love to go there. They have a new people in the front desk really really terrible. I never put bad review but this is what happened now.
I love Best Vet! I’ve been coming here for about 6 years now with my chihuahua & it’s always been a good experience. From calling to make an appointment to checking in with the girls at the front desk, everyone is so friendly & helpful. Dr. Armstrong has many many years of experience, he’s knowledgeable & makes sure my baby is up to date with his health & wellness.
