I had a great experience at this veterinary clinic! The entire staff was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. The office was clean, well organized, and they saw us right on time, which I really appreciated. My puppy received his vaccines and had his nails trimmed, and everything was done quickly and efficiently. They were straight to the point while still taking great care of my puppy and making us feel comfortable. PROS: -Friendly and caring service. -The vets/vet techs have amazing bedside manner. -You can tell everyone has a deep love for animals. -Best Vet has some of the the most thorough and skilled veterinary care I've ever experienced. -The prices for service are extremely reasonable. (1/2-2/3 the cost charged at comparable veterinary offices/hospitals.) CONS: -The way time can be a bit past the appt time. - The visit summary upon discharge isn't always thorough.
Great prices great vet but no one answers the phones! You are put on eternal hold every time for 20+ yrs I’ve been going there and it’s honestly getting worse! I’m on hold 10-15 minutes most times.. minimum 4-7 It’s absurd especially if you had an emergency.. or you work! It’s very unfair to just leave people waiting indefinitely. I won’t be coming back they don’t deserve my pets!
I give them five stars because they got me in there on a Saturday afternoon at 5 PM. I had to work so I could not get my girl to the vet earlier. I have been going back-and-forth on whether I should take her to the vet because of money issues. When I finally decided I had to do it, they let me come in late and they did not charge me a lot of money. Thank you guys. They were quick and the staff was friendly and attentive.
Dr. Armstrong is fantastic vet my family and I have been bringing our dogs to him since we moved to Florida in 1990 and always provides the best care ever to our dogs, I highly recommend Dr. Armstrong to anybody who is looking for good veterinarian.
