The Best Vet in Boynton Beach When other vets in the Boynton area charged me an arm and a leg for my dogs care, Dr. Armstrong was not only caring and great at his work but incredible reasonable in his fees. His staff is patient and loving as well, and I couldn't be more pleased with his service.
Dog Owner Had no problem with Dr.Armstrong, however had an issue with the staff.I was quoted a price for a vaccine series ,plus with 2 coupon's one giving a $10.00 discount the other for a bath and dip for the dog. When I booked the appointment I asked if there were any other charges I was told no. That the all of the above was included, even a nail trim. Think twice. Well if time is an issue for you, I have never been taken on time. I have waited 45min to 2 hours in the waiting room after my appointment. Oh and if you have to use the bathroom while waiting, you'll have to hold it, they only have a bathroom for their staff. Isn't that against building code? Make sure and ask what the tests will cost as they wont discuss that with you up front and when you get to the desk you will be shocked. They way over book and you barely have any time with the Dr once you get in the room.... read more
Don't let the name fool you! I have been a dog owner for 15 years and the services at Best Vet has, by far, been the worst I have ever received. The first time I visited there was only one kind staff member and the others were very rude. Worst of all, even though I had an appointment and had arrived on time, I had to wait for over an hour (which is no easy task with a 48lb puppy). Caring and Patient Staff The staff are very caring and patient. My dog is one of Dr. Armstrong's patients and I was a walk-in one day when my dog took ill. I had to wait a couple of hours on a Saturday morning and the staff was so patient and understanding with so many worried pet owners, I must compliment them on the treatment of each and every customer that came in the door (there were many). My eleven-year old daughter was with me and even she remarked on how nice the staff was to us and everyone else.
Awesome Vet Dr. Armstrong is great he saved my cats life. My male cat was producing crystals in the urine and was not able to pee. Dr armstrong performed an operation that turned my boy cat into a girl cat and cleared that up. Here it is 5 1/2 years later aside from a couple of urinary tract infections now and again I still have my buddy. His staff is very loving to the animals, especially when they have to stay.. Wonderful Place Dr. Armstrong and his staff saved my cat's life. They are all so wonderful here - and most importantly - they know what they are doing. Prices are wonderful and so is the care they give to all of our pets.
Super service & very caring staff Earlier this year we needed to get international travel documents for our two cats. I called a couple of local Vets that either wouldnt listen to what I was asking for or showed a couldnt be bothered attitude. Best Vets were great on the phone. They provided us with exactly what we needed. The very nice behavior and very caring service extended all the way through our initial visit & even to a return visit. Great Vet in Boynton! I took my cat for a routine check up upon her adoption. The staff was great, very thorogh! I highly recommend them for your vet needs, as they found out my indoor cat had a parasite that I was completely unaware of.
