Dropped my drink and charged me. Impossible to get a hold of. 7 times i was put on hold and then dropped. When I finally got through she tried to refund me in the manner I had specifically said I didn't want. Will not use this brand's machines ever again.
never buy from theses machines they never want to accommodate or refund you your money for messed up faulty things on their end for the purchase…. i won’t be using these no more. my oreos had a hole in it when i purchased it and then couldn’t accommodate my refund
