I called today about a refund. The rep Ashley or Ashlyn couldn't find the location. I was in the middle of telling her don't worry about it because I didn't want to waste either of our times and she just hung up in my face. Rude as hell.
Would have done 0 stars if I could, I’m out in Reading, PA and your machines springs are busting and drinks getting stuck. When maintenance comes and complains they tell us to call the co. and get refunded for the item we didn’t recieve but they don’t actually do that at all.
Vending machines are always out of product or broke. If neither, the keypad is turned off so you can't pay. Every day. EVERY DAY.
I was at MSP getting ready to board in concourse A. I wanted something to drink, but they just started to service the machines. The gentleman who was filling the machine stopped and asked me if I would like him to shut the machine so I could buy something. I declined because I’m a firm believer in letting people finish their job. Just the idea that he was aware of what was going on and stopped to make sure a customer was taken care of was huge. A smile and a kind gesture goes a long way.
I am a flex driver for Amazon and was at an Amazon distribution center and lost money. I have tried to contact these people by email by website and by phone and have got no response back in any manner. They have decent vending machines, but need to work on Customer Service
