My son and I rented a storage unit while he was in between apartments at college. On August 19th we gave notice for the unit letting them know it was vacant. They required a phone call to confirm it, which my son did. Then September 19th I received another bill, which I informed them we already gave notice the prior month. Affordable storage unit, pretty big for a 5x10 perfect size. Great customer service. I did Have to sweep and also brought home defense since I didn’t want bugs and stuff to get in since it’s not sealed tight tight but it’s sealed enough where bugs and spiders can still get in. Made sure to place my belongings in plastic storage containers so nothing would happen.
