Last month, I complained to a man about my storage unit, which looked like a rodent had been roosting in the ceiling. There was white stuff on my things, and the smell of mold was strong. The man told me that he was not in charge of the maintenance of the units, that I would have to speak to the insurance company that insures the units. Unfortunately, I don't know what company insures my things. I am planning to close my account. R.T.
