Rented from the Alabama St location. Their security sucks, no lighting in unit, talking about we don’t provide lighting, it took 6 tries to find a unit that one could actually store anything in, that they claimed was climate controlled. I rented on 1/7/2025 and closed out my account on 1/14/2025. They refused to prorate the price and charged me for a full month, thieves that they are!
