this place is very good, easy to book, very friendly customer service, well protected units. everything is done online and on the phone so no waiting in lines or waiting for someone to tend to you in a physical location.

I am very pleased with both the facility and the customer service. I had one small issue and I not only fixed it with speed, but also without annoying AI phone time or being on hold. It was quite possibly one of the best customer service calls I've had in a very long time. Also, it was quite a bit less expensive than the storage facility I rented my moving van with, even considering they offered a free first month. Best price in the area, best customer service.
