Stay Away In April 2017 we contracted w/Mike Somma of Mike's Roofing, formerly Best Value Roofing. The project entailed a complete tear-ut, new TPO, new gutter/downspout, and cleaning/caulking of secondary roof term bars, gutters, and downspouts. STAY AWAY DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!! Mike Somma was hired to do a roof repair for me. When I called to tell him I was going to have him do the work, he said he was in Florida and would send his partner, who I since found out was a relative of his. His name was John Hotaling. John did the work and when I was getting an estimate for gutters from someone else they asked what was wrong with the roof. Not a good value Very poor customer service. Did roof repair and said it was covered for 6 months. The next time it rained the roof was leaking just as bad. Tried to get in touch with them and had no luck, they set times to meet and never showed and than just stopped picking up the phone. I understand it was a small job but come on. Will never use them again or tell anyone else to.
