2nd time calling best value plumbing about a plumbing issue at our house. Both times service was prompt, within a couple hours of calling. Crew was very polite, and I would recommend best value plumbing to anyone in the great falls area!
They got the job quickly. And they were nice. Expect to pay double what you might expect.
Staff were nice enough but I, but the leak continued after they repaired things. I called later that day and the gal on the phone said they could come next day. I couldn't get the leak to stop and ended up calling another company that could get the issue actually fixed. They charged a lot of money for me to have issues the exact same day the repair work was completed.
Prompt, same-day service; arrived on time; courteous; cleaned up thoroughly at completion. Would highly recommend.
