Had an issue just days after our annual check-up (on a Friday night of all times!), and BV sent a tech out early Saturday morning who only charged for the part—great service and only a little of frustration due to the circumstances, not company.

Date: 09 June 2025 - These guy’s moved my 9000 btu mini split from one area of my home to another area and added a Professional Chase cover, copper lineset w/ install and Termo wire, I mean removed it and relocated it! They did a phenomenal job! and with a price quote that out did the Original install from the company that did the install! I would Always go with these guys! Thank you Best Value A/C & Heating for providing professional customer service and workmanship to Ormond by the Sea.

Jason was wonderful! He arrived promptly, was very courteous, and quickly got to work resolving my AC issue. He explained everything thoroughly in a way I could understand and even shared some helpful tips. Very knowledgeable and professional. The dispatcher was also so sweet and pleasant to work with. Excellent service all around — highly recommend!
