Our service man Bill McKay has been servicing both my A/C and my client’s I am a Senior Caregiver and part of my job is to be sure my clients don’t get taken advantage of. I’ve never had to worry one single minute about Best Value! Honest and transparent from Cindy in the office, the the installers David and Aaron (my client just had his A/C replaced) to Bill the service tech who takes care of both my client’s and my A/C systems. So nice to find a local family owned business that I can trust! Well done Best Value!

Inquired to get my AC repaired, and received a call back denying service because we don't have a membership. I have a person with MS where heat can cause more damage to the brain, and these people are more concerned about money than the well being of potential clients, good paying clients on top of it all. Unbelievable, shameful and a disgrace.
