Financed a car 4years ago. 3 months to the day after, car won't start. They refused to fix it. Ended up putting $3500 into the vehicle to get it right. When Covid hit, couldn't afford payments anymore, so I took the vehicle back, with all payments caught up. Now they are trying to garnish my wages for something to do with this vehicle I haven't owned in 2 years. They took advantage of me and my husband. I make over 25, 000 a year and got denied. I feel discriminated against. I just got off the phone with stormie and she cussed and screamed at me and i have autism. I will be contacting my lawyer.
I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. The people will call you and harass you for a payment, threaten to repo your vehicle if 1 day late. Dewayne is the only nice person there.
Don't buy a car from here looked at an MKX they had to jump start it said they left the lights on So the battery was dead bought a battery for the car still the lights were flickering on and off took the car back to them and told them that the issue was still happening they sent it out to get fixed they blamed autozone for putting battery in backwards but if the battery was in backwards car would have not started and it would've fried fuses Car would not start in their parking lot ask them if they can send it back to the mec... read more
