I bought an old used trailer that Home Depot sold that was built by Best. It needed a few parts replaced. I called Best directly for the parts. They were cool and sold me the parts I needed. I received them without any issues and it was packaged well. The trailer is also built like a tank. Love it.
They have a new very knowlegable parts person ,very helpful and willing to answer qustions if he doesnt have a part he will get asap.David has 36 years trailer experience
