Travelors insurance paid for a tow to have my vehicle towed to the dealership. So i want to note i did not pay a dime for this service. The driver that was sent out said he would be at my house in 20-25 minutes didn't end up showing up till 45-50 min later when he told me he was already on the road. Not a big deal whatever. TERRIBLE!!!!don’t even know where to start, if I could give a negative totally would go for that after waiting for this tow an hour and a half and I call and ask where he is at? Or what time he will be arriving? Since it’s being longer time than given he try’s to hang up on me and says “call your insurance” extremely rude guy I call my insurance to tell them about it and little did I know he had called my insurance and canceled the tow after we spoke. Waited over 90 minutes only for them to take one look at my vehicle and say their truck couldn't tow my vehicle properly. The driver didn't even get his hands dirty trying to help me out. Just left and left me to deal with it. Awful service, awful snarky comments over the phone.

Jason was excellent. Early, courteous, and professional. Most importantly, he was able to get my car up and running in no time. I'd be glad to count on him again.
