Even if you have insurance and are within his network (can't emphasize this point enough as he seems very biased, discriminatory) there will be No diagnosis or appointment scheduled after physician referral was faxed into his office. Difficult to schedule appointment. Staff wasn't explanatory on which physician referrals he accepts.
Dr. Todd Best lists over 40 conditions he treats stating one of them is Chronic Pain. This is not true unless you are referred to him, supposedly, by one of a few select unknown group of physicians (can't emphasize this point enough as it seems very biased, discriminatory) even if you have insurance and are within his network. Each appointment is addressed with thoroughness, compassion, and understanding of the interrelatedness of additional surgeries, injuries, falls, and symptoms based on my accident in January 2008. Dr. Best is a caring, compassionate man with much integrity. He understands pain and it’s effects on someone’s every day life. He has been honest and forthcoming about what a patients needs are. He is not a doctor that just writes pain medicine scripts and sends you on your way. Although he does see the need in some cases for pain medication his recommendation for physical therapy is key to helping recovery. I am forever grateful to Dr. Best for the care he has shown me through 2 horrible MVA’s.
I have this dr. For like around 10 years and he it’s like his last name the best, he listen and understand the patient and explain everything real good. I Love him to much. I highly recommend this DR.
I am so grateful to have Dr Best as my Doctor! He is so patient and takes the time to explain all my questions and concerns. I haven’t been the easiest patient, yet, he has never let that bother him. In my opinion, it is difficult to find a caring Dr. I consider myself very lucky!

Dr. T. Best is a very good doctor and I would recommend him to anyone that has back problems.
Dr. Best is an outstanding physician who spends time explaining everything to his patients. He takes the time to listen and he is sympathetic to his patients, many of whom suffer from spinal injuries and brain injuries. He stands above the rest of his peers in being one of the best Doctors whom I've treated with.
