Add on more “customary” fees than a used car salesman. When I went to sign paperwork there was no one in the room except the notary so I couldn’t even get answers to the fees and extra charges. When I asked to speak to someone the notary said no one else was available. Do not recommend, take your business elsewhere. And if you’re selling fight with the buyers to choose a different company!
