If I could put zero stars i would, the owner promised she will get back with me on one mistake and its been almost five months.Stlll haven't responded to emails or calls.They wanted me to come up with half the money from they mess up then said she was gonna fix it.Then when I dive deep into it and start calling and doing research they put the wrong assessment number with the property.Very bad title company
Add on more “customary” fees than a used car salesman. When I went to sign paperwork there was no one in the room except the notary so I couldn’t even get answers to the fees and extra charges. When I asked to speak to someone the notary said no one else was available. Do not recommend, take your business elsewhere. And if you’re selling fight with the buyers to choose a different company!
