I would not recommend the best title company, especially after my horrible experience working with Vanessa. I wish I had done more research before trusting them with such an important transaction. During the process I learned information about an individual associated with the company that I was unaware beforehand. I find this place lacking in integrity and not trustworthy. Employee, Ms Hailey, was loaned important documents that belong to me & me alone. She promised to send them back to me by mail, along with all closing documents. It's been 30 days (update, 5 weeks & counting) & I still haven't received anything at all by mail, even after several attempts at phone calls & emails.
