The owners of this business are terrible humans. The lack of compassion and understanding is outrageous. People who act they way these people do, do not deserve any of our business. I would rather support people in the community who deserve it.
Rockville Tile's lack of quality customer service and unprofessional behavior has severely deterred me from ever using their services. Employees at Rockville Tire have repeatedly disrespected and wrongly treated my handicapped friend. I am shocked at the lack of human decency. I recommend that everyone take their business elsewhere!!!
They discriminate and verbally abuse people who are legally parking in a handicap spot. https://themighty.com/.../how-to-respond-disabled-parking...They could learn a lot from reading this…and focusing on their customers vs people parking. Shame on you.
