I used to love coming here but these couple of times I've gone, I have not been very happy with the service. The lady that's there does everything fast and half way. Today was the last time going there smh!!!! Wish that the first lady that worked there when they opened was still there, she was amazing with eyebrows.

Horrible experience! I used to come here months back and the service has definitely declined. I went for full face, which usually takes anywhere from 30-45 minutes. The lady here took the most 10 minutes and said she was done. After checking my face I noticed I still had a lot of hair. I told her and she seemed bothered to redo it. She then proceeded to do it again and not even 2 minutes later she said she was done again, when clearly she was not. Horrible, rude lady there now! Now I know why no one was there when I walked in. Lady waxed my eyebrows and didn’t want to give me the mirror to show me my eyebrows. She kept saying ok you are done but it hurt so I looked and yeah she cut me. And still kept telling me to get up and go. Rude and had the never to ask for a tip! lol! I said no nicely and walked away. Never again I’ll just go elsewhere.

Worst experience Ive ever had , I asked for mirror when I arrived to show her what I DID not want removed asked if she understood she said yes . SHE DID WHAT SHE WANTED ! And removed everything I asked her not to . When I asked her why ? She said it looked better ! And she liked it . Literally out of her mind .

I used to like coming here but its changed. I went in today at 4 and i got my eyebrows done, i payed n left a tip. When i sat in my car i realized they were thicker than i liked and went back and asked politely if she could thin them out..... she literally ran the string on my face for 10 seconds and say okay "dear all done". Theres no point going somewhere and paying when they want to do YOUR eyebrows how THEY like em.
