These guys are top notch. Chad did an excellent job with communicating quickly and also fitting me into their busy schedule. Rafael was fantastic, the job was done quickly and smoothly. I was especially impressed with how neat they were. There was absolutely no mess left to clean up, and they even wiped down all my appliances and made sure to wipe up any dust left behind. I highly recommend this company and greatly appreciate them!

Best tec did significant damage to my residential property during their "abatement" process, punctured a refrigerator water line in the attic and severed live electrical wire and left. They said they had insurance to handle these things and to go through my homeowners-The insurance only covered half of the damage and when I asked Best tec to reduce their bill to reflect the difference, they put a lien on the house without any communication.
