suddenly had no hot water and they quickly responded, got us hot water and helped us with a handful of other issues too. courteous and friendly.
Alfredo was on time and did a great job servicing our tank less water heater. When completed he left our garage free of any trash.
Terrible customer service. The tech that came to install my hot water valve was terrific. I cannot say the same about management. The tech worked hard but in the end it was a bad part. Ferguson Supplies was wonderful and warrantied the part without question. Best-Tec's management charged me for the techs hours, including at least one hour on the phone diagnosing what was wrong.
