Absolutely unprofessional. I made a new patient appointment and gave my insurance information. Everything was good. They emailed n texted confirming my appointment, and I even called back. Then, a couple of days before my appointment, they just canceled it. I took off work and everything for this appointment because it's 2 hrs away. Thanks a lot for nothing. I can imagine the service I would have received if I actually went. I'd be very cautious of a place like this!
Best Surgery is great place and they take great care of you like family. Dr. Staggs is the best along with his whole surgery team, check-in receptionist, and medical assistants. My lower back and neck feels so much better. Thanks Best Surgery L. Anderson
