I’m a driver for TMC and delivering here is amazing! When I pulled up to the driveway with a load of wallboard I was immediately met out front and escorted back to the unloading zone. No waiting at all. Then at least a dozen guys began helping removing the straps, bungies, pulling off the tarps and folding them. It was a swarm of activity! Everyone was very friendly too. Customer service was top tier… The lobby was clean and well organized and easy to find what you need. The customer service reps at the counter was very knowledgeable and kind as well as helpful. My experience was a 10!
The best place to get unloaded, they helped out with folding tarps taking off bungees. Was unloaded in 30 mins. The workers had a great attitude.
Delivering to this location is fast, in and out in 30 min or less, so helpful! I couldn’t even do my own tarps these guys were so fast! Everyone super friendly! Deliveries just need to stop and check in before entering the yard!! Awesome employees.
Customer service was very polite and helpful in assisting me with the supplies I needed!!
