We needed a storage minute pretty last minute to move quite a bit of stuff into, it was extremely easy to do the online check-in process, you need to come in person to get your key and lock, they give you a gate code, and once you are all set up it is very self-explanatory and simple. People were all very friendly and accommodating, I would highly recommend to anybody and their rates are very good!
