It took over a month to get all appliances in for new home. Washer/dryer quit working after a week, dishwasher never worked, fridge has scratches that weren't there when I picked it, never got the right oven, callback was untimely etc. Owner is polite but terrible experience.
They are TERRIBLE they were supposed to fix my w/d BECAUSE I HAVE WARRANTY for the last couple of days and have been NO SHOWS to each appointment. DONT SHOP WITH THEM!! They’re SCAMMERS.
Not a business I will ever use nor recommend again.

I’m currently dealing with these people, our washer has been broken two weeks now. Only had it 10 days before it broke, the repair man was supposed to come yesterday with the “new” switch board and never showed the the owner couldn’t even locate them. I called back for two hours to find out what was going on and they ignored the phone. Today the said they were sorry and the manager will be coming between 12-1 to install the part because I guess the repair man is still gone, it’s 2pm and this guys a no show!
Horrible experience! Had to come back 3 times during business hours just to find someone there. Then, when I finally found someone and purchased a washing machine it was not delivered. I called several times to get a run around. I finally went to the store only to be told I would be refunded. 3 days wasted and no washer only to have to go somewhere else. Extremely disappointed

Keith came out in the driving rain one Saturday and delivered a dryer to my tenants and took away the older dryer. he was able to find someone to watch his store while he delivered the dryer. He provided excellent customer service and I would recommend him to anyone that's looking for gently used appliances. he services what he sells and is able to service your appliances as well.
