Well Van rescued me when another carpet cleaning company did not It show up for the appointment I scheduled a week in advance . Van was done with his day had just gotten home when I called with my dilemma , he got back into his work van and came promptly as my new roommate was moving in later that same day . Van was super friendly and professional the carpets look brand new I am very pleased
