Love Dr. Averitte and her staff All are amazing and so kind to us
I haven't necessarily had horrible experiences at Best Start...they've just been a little less good than what I would expect. And they seem to be getting worse over time. The last time I took my child there they kind of dropped the ball on diagnosing some issues. The goal didn't seem to be to make sure she was healthy, but to just get the fees. I live in bella vista and for those who dont know thats about a good 45- to an hour drive when i could drive 15-20 mins down the road the a closer pediatrician but best start is worth the drive ! they are always so kind and caring i love there doctors and there desk ladys that check you in. They are so WORTH it
Best Start has been our ped since 2010! Dr. Averitt was fantastic to work with from the start. We have loved all of her providers but cannot say enough about Kellie C! When no one else would listen, she did and pushed to get us a referral to a specialist with our son who ended up needing surgery for a rare issue that was continually overlooked. We are so thankful that she has joined the BEST staff and ped in NWA!
