I live in bella vista and for those who dont know thats about a good 45- to an hour drive when i could drive 15-20 mins down the road the a closer pediatrician but best start is worth the drive ! they are always so kind and caring i love there doctors and there desk ladys that check you in. They are so WORTH it
Best Start has been our ped since 2010! Dr. Averitt was fantastic to work with from the start. We have loved all of her providers but cannot say enough about Kellie C! When no one else would listen, she did and pushed to get us a referral to a specialist with our son who ended up needing surgery for a rare issue that was continually overlooked. We are so thankful that she has joined the BEST staff and ped in NWA!
Our Family has been using Best Start, Dr. Susan Averitt and her team for over 17 years! They take care of our family like their own! NP Kellie Chacanaca recently joined their team. She listens attentively to take care of our children needs. All three of my kids enjoyed her personality and the care she showed them at their check ups. I highly recommend this team for your Family!
My son is almost 2 years old and I’ve been bringing him to this facility since he was newborn. They are very attentive and all the staff I’ve worked with are gentle, really listen and care about your child’s well-being. I’ve had a pleasure seeing both Bessie and Judy in the Johnson clinic. My son sees Dr.Napier at the Fayetteville clinic for his eyes. She’s always so patient and calm with him (he’s very squirmy and doesn’t like being messed with). Best Start has been our family pediatrician clinic for 15 years & I am constant amazed at their level of care. For all 3 of our kids but in particular with our daughter with significant disability. In her journey we have encountered all types of experiences with medical professionals. Best Start truly hears me as a parent & has always worked alongside me in giving her the best possible. I am so grateful for the team at Best Start.
