However, if you buy a groupon voucher for vacuuming and he tells you, when you make the appointment, that you will likely need services that cost a lot more, believe him and do not agree to the appointment unless you are willing to pay more.

I called to use a groupon voucher that advertised a $30 hvac cleaning. Without seeing my hvac system, the owner, Mike, said he would likely need to do more than the $30 voucher covered and that it would cost $400. I said I could not afford that. He said he would just come and look at the system, then determine what would be needed.
