Brought my lifted Jeep Wrangler for a wash and wax. Great customer service, did a great job on my monster. Manager was friendly and it was obvious he instilled customer service in his staff. As a small business owner I know how important that is. I'll definitely be back .

Called & asked "You hand wash?" "Yes". Arrive & they say "Not enough workers to hand wash but our machines & hand dry/buff are just as good" Waited an hour, they said car's done. Forgot to clean leather. Said car's done again. Forgot to vacuum the trunk. Said car's done AGAIN. Left bottles of their cleaners in the trunk & missed bird poop on the trunk under the spoiler. And their "just-as-good" machine wash didn't even remove simple dirt.
Brought them a tough job, they cleaned it perfectly! I highly recommend them, especially Josh, who will see the job through until you are happy.
