The plumber called me immediately after I submitted the online service request and he arrived at my home within an hour. He was professional, quickly diagnosed the problem, and resolved the drain obstruction. He also called an associate to inspect the sewer pipe with a camera. My only concerns are that the price for the camera inspection ($200) was a bit excessive considering the effort involved, and that he would not agree to submit an invoice to my condo association even though the problem was found to be in the common ele... read more
