Avoid this company at all costs. This company is the only Whirlpool-authorized servicer in the Denver area, which is very concerning and is surprising given the quality of service.—especially when Bosch has five authorized servicers locally. Our experience was extremely disappointing. They have only two technicians. One of them, Eric, handled most of our service calls and demonstrated very poor understanding of basic residential electrical systems. Avoid this company at all costs. If you live in the southern part of the Metro Denver area this company is the ONLY whirlpool authorized servicer and employs technicians that are very inexperienced and overbooks them so they can't spend enough time to properly diagnose anything. Tech misdiagnosed an issue where a dryer with electronic controls was locking up requiring the power to be unplugged to get it working again. Very disappointed with the way this company handles themselves. I had a warranty call with them from kitchen aid. I told them I believed it was a frozen line. They told me that was highly unlikely. I asked if it would be covered under warranty, they said if it’s inside the fridge it would be. If it’s external such as a pinched line it wouldn’t be. Frozen line would be inside the fridge.
