Avoid this company at all costs. If you live in the southern part of the Metro Denver area this company is the ONLY whirlpool authorized servicer and employs technicians that are very inexperienced and overbooks them so they can't spend enough time to properly diagnose anything. Tech misdiagnosed an issue where a dryer with electronic controls was locking up requiring the power to be unplugged to get it working again. Very disappointed with the way this company handles themselves. I had a warranty call with them from kitchen aid. I told them I believed it was a frozen line. They told me that was highly unlikely. I asked if it would be covered under warranty, they said if it’s inside the fridge it would be. If it’s external such as a pinched line it wouldn’t be. Frozen line would be inside the fridge. Cooktop was defective, expanded and contracted under het dislodging the burner, sent video of it happening and company still wanted to blame me for a spillover and it needed a $149 cleaning? It has been happening since we bought the house new, they happily cancelled the service call and left me to find another solution, would never use or recommend.
